Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads and customized products (e.g., personalized prints) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at returns@theimagesimagined.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
