Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads and customized products (e.g., personalized prints) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at returns@theimagesimagined.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
